Artemise was downsized from her sales job at Penney's department store
and it preyed on her mind all the time - `how to get over a break up.'
It was as bad as losing a long-time lover. She knew. She had been a
sales woman, in all departments, during a period of twenty years and,
during this time she had six lovers, all rich. `How to get over a
breakup!' It really hurt her feelings that Mandelman Grindstone had said
``Goodbye Artemise'' in a loud voice after he `downsized' her.

When she asked ``Mandelman, have I done something wrong?'' he answered
in an even louder voice, ``Goodbye, Artemise.''

As she opened his office door to leave, she turned and tried one more
time, ``Why....''

This time Mr. Grindstone yelled, ``GOODBYE ARTEMISE.''

His voice could be heard by everyone in the linen department.
